About Dan Paskett

Hi! My name is Dan Paskett, born and raised in southern Idaho. I loved growing up out in the country and learned a lot about hard work, land, and people while on the farm. The love of working with people led me to a bachelor’s degree from Utah State and a career in Human Resources.

My family resides in the beautiful country setting of Smithfield, Utah. My wife,Trudy is a stay-at-home Mom with our only daughter, Baylee. Lucky! Together we are really enjoying working in real estate as property owners. It is exciting and challenging to own properties and manage tenants. We never thought we would be landlords, but are finding it to be very rewarding to help people and invest in our future. Whether it is land or rentals, we have tried them and have learned a lot in the process.

This is what led me to get my real estate license in August of 2007. Since getting my license, I have been extremely fortunate to have great people to work with and have had great experiences to teach me all about this field and especially the market here in Cache Valley. I also have experience with Salt Lake/Weber/Utah county home sales. It is different everywhere, but always exciting and educational.

I have been able to help many people accomplish their personal goals. Whether it be a family’s first home, selling because of career changes, helping builders to sell, investors needing to sell multi-plexes, families getting too big for their current home, even buying land to invest—I have been able to do some of everything! This field is fascinating to me and I thoroughly enjoy spending my time helping others to achieve their dreams.
